I’m a dance teacher, Dance & Movement Psychotherapist, and a Trainee Theraplay Practitioner, passionate about creating a safe and nurturing space for everyone. In my Afro-Brazilian dance classes, we begin by grounding ourselves in the present moment, tuning into our bodies with care and awareness. From there, we embark on a creative journey that encourages expression, healing, and joy, where there is no right or wrong, only freedom. I also offer Dance & Movement Psychotherapy sessions upon request, tailored to support your individual wellbeing.
