My personal journey has involved receiving many complementary therapies including acupuncture, reiki, homeopathy and psychotherapy. This has led to a deep appreciation for the holistic model of health, and a self-awareness of my own body and psychological processes.

I completed my craniosacral therapy practitioner training with Resonance Trainings in Stroud, leading to a Diploma in Craniosacral Therapy.

Craniosacral therapy is a light touch bodywork that uses gentle, intentional touch to release holding patterns in the body, allowing your system to regulate and promote healing and recovery. I create a safe, welcoming space, giving your body the freedom to rest and allowing you to be exactly as you are.

Craniosacral therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, migraines, tinnitus, vertigo & balance issues, aches & pains, stress, depression and anxiety.

I am a consultant clinical psychologist with over 30 years’ experience working in NHS mental health services, the charity sector and independent practice. I am interested in trauma informed, relational and compassionate approaches to therapy, coaching and leadership.

When working with people in individual therapy, I draw on and integrate a variety of models including Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also a trained yoga teacher and yoga therapist and incorporate somatic mind-body approaches into my work.

I believe in the power of coaching and mentoring to help leaders to reach their potential and effectively support their teams and organisations to address complex problems. I am also interested in helping individuals, teams and organisations to understand and work with organisational dynamics in order to support people to develop their potential and build more compassionate workplaces.
